This Consent Disclosure explains, in plain English, what you are consenting to when you complete the CondoSignal intake and select one or more partner categories during the consent step.
What "free" actually means
A CondoSignal report is free for you. It is supported by selective, transparent contact-information sharing with a small set of vetted partners in the categories you leave checked during the consent step.
Partner categories covered by your consent
When you unlock your report you give a single consent covering the partner categories below. It permits your name, email, phone number, and property address to be shared with at most one partner per category. Separately and optionally, you may also opt in to direct marketing and SMS from CondoSignal — that is its own checkbox, it is never pre-checked, and it is not required to get your report.

The report itself is free either way: there is no paywall, and you can revoke consent at any time using the methods below.
What sharing is NOT
Your uploaded documents are never shared with partners. The report content is never shared with partners. Only contact information for the categories you explicitly check is shared, and only with one partner per category.
When sharing happens
After your report is delivered and you click "Submit consent." No sharing occurs before the consent step is completed.
Current status: partner delivery is switched off while CondoSignal is in early access. Consent is recorded, but no contact information has been or is being sent to any partner. This page will be updated before that changes.
How to revoke
You can revoke any category — at any time — via:
- Your account preferences.
- The Do Not Sell or Share form.
- Email to [email protected].
Revocation is logged with timestamp and applies to future deliveries. Already-completed deliveries cannot be retracted but receiving partners are notified per contract.
