How long does a CondoSignal review take?
Most free reviews are delivered within minutes of upload. Larger document packages — those with multiple meeting minutes packets or audited financials — can take longer depending on document length and quality. If you are under a deadline, mention it in your intake and we will prioritize.
What documents do I need to upload for a review?
At minimum, the resale or estoppel certificate, the current operating budget, the most recent reserve study, the master insurance summary, and the last 24 months of board meeting minutes. CC&Rs, bylaws, and audited financials are valuable additions. The more complete the package, the more cross-references the report can surface.
Do you work with real estate agents and attorneys?
Yes — agents, attorneys, lenders, and inspectors regularly send their clients to CondoSignal for the document portion of the diligence. We do not pay referral fees. If you advise condo or HOA buyers in Florida, Texas, or Arizona and want to talk about workflows, email info@condosignal.com.
Is my data shared with anyone?
Only with partners in the categories you leave checked during intake. The report itself is funded by introductions to vetted professionals — mortgage broker, insurance broker, realtor, attorney, and service provider. Each category is independent. You can uncheck any of them at intake and still get the report, and you can revoke consent at any time.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email info@condosignal.com from the address on file and we will delete your uploaded documents and account data. Documents are also auto-deleted 30 days after report delivery by default.
