CondoSignal supports a free-access model under which we may share certain personal information (such as your name, email, phone number, and property address) with a small set of carefully scoped commercial partners — but only to the categories you affirmatively opt in to during the consent step.

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time.

How to opt out

You can opt out by:

1. Using the opt-out form below.
2. Emailing info@condosignal.com with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line.
3. Adjusting consent toggles in your account preferences.

We process opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law.

Once you opt out:

• Future report generations will skip the categories you have opted out of.
• Already-delivered referrals cannot be retracted, but we will inform receiving partners of the revocation per our contract terms.
• You may also request deletion of your data via our data deletion form.

What categories can be opted out of

You may opt out from sharing your contact information with any combination of:

• Mortgage brokers
• Insurance brokers
• Real estate agents and brokers
• Real estate attorneys
• Investment lenders
• Service providers (engineers, restoration, inspection)

You may also choose our paid Private Report option to opt out of all data sharing in a single transaction.

We will not discriminate

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights — including opting out — under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws.
